This is such a crisp, mineral-driven Chardonnay—I love how the white flower and citrus notes pop without any oak or butter getting in the way. Perfect for a light fish dinner, and it disappeared way too fast.

I've been looking for a Chardonnay that isn't weighed down by oak, and this one delivers — it's crisp and mineral-driven, just like a good Chablis. The lack of butter makes it perfect for sipping on its own. Already planning to order another bottle.
