イトリ セラーズ チャプター3 スキンコンタクト ホワイト

That nectarine and passion fruit aroma hit me the second I poured a glass—way more intense than most skin contacts I've tried. The acid keeps it lively and fresh through the whole bottle, perfect with spicy food.

First opened it for a casual weeknight dinner and the vibrant acid cut right through a spicy dish. The passion fruit note really lingers on the finish, and for a skin contact white it has surprising intensity without being heavy.

The nose on this is insane—nectarine and passion fruit just leap out of the glass. Perfectly balanced with that vibrant acid, it’s a bold white that still feels refined. Definitely my go-to for grilled fish now.
