The minerality in this Chablis is exactly what I look for in a Burgundy white—it cut through the butter sauce on my fish perfectly. Chilled to 50°F, the 750mL bottle was gone before the cheese course even started.

This paired so well with the grilled trout I made last night—the crisp finish cut through the butter perfectly. Exactly the kind of balanced Chardonnay I was hoping for with seafood.

The minerality here is exactly what I want from a Chablis—bright and crisp, and it handled a plate of sharp cheese beautifully. The 750mL bottle was gone faster than I’d like to admit, but that’s on me, not the wine.
