That honeysuckle and apple note is so bright and clean, exactly like a good Chablis. It's crisp enough to sip on its own but I already know it'll be fantastic with steamed mussels.

I love how this Chardonnay has that beeswax texture, giving it a rich mouthfeel that's still totally food-friendly. Paired it with a lemon chicken and the minerality really cut through the dish perfectly.

This is the Chablis-style Chardonnay I've been hunting for on the West Coast. The beeswax and minerality give it that distinctly French edge, and it paired beautifully with a garlicky roast chicken last night.
