Opened this with a cucumber salad last night and the tropical notes balanced perfectly with the fresh veggies. It’s dry but not sharp, exactly what I want in a white for light meals.

The grapefruit and lime kick is exactly what I want from a Sauvignon Blanc, and it nailed that crisp, dry finish. Poured it with a cucumber salad and it was a perfect match for a warm evening. Already grabbed two more bottles.

Opened a bottle last night and that vibrant citrus punch hit exactly right — way more tropical than I expected for a sauvignon blanc. Pairs beautifully with the grilled fish I made, just as described. Pretty sure this is my new go-to for summer dinners.
