奧諾羅 維拉 莫納斯特雷爾

This Monastrell has a lovely dark purple color and a nice vanilla note on the finish that balances the ripe fruit. Pairs perfectly with a simple roast lamb dinner.

Poured a glass last night and was immediately hit with the scent of ripe dark plums and a touch of vanilla—really full-bodied and smooth without being too heavy. This Monastrell punches well above its price point for an everyday red.

Opened this after a long week and the dark purple fruit hit exactly right, with that vanilla touch carrying through to a smooth finish. It’s bold but not heavy, so it worked just as well with a casual weeknight pasta as it would with a steak.
