The minerality in this wine is incredible—it really tastes like you can smell the herbs and white flowers from the vineyard. I paired it with a lemony chicken pasta and the crisp dryness cut right through the cream sauce. Will definitely grab another bottle for the next seafood night.

The herbs and white flowers on the nose carried straight into every sip, and that dry finish made it a perfect match for the garlic butter pasta I threw together. It’s the kind of crisp, tropical-fruited white that disappears way too fast.

The minerality really comes through in this dry white, and it paired beautifully with a lemon chicken pasta. Only knock is it's a bit pricey for an everyday wine, but for a special dinner it's worth it.
