Poured a glass last night and was immediately hit with that mango and guava—way more tropical than I expected from a Sauvignon Blanc. The grapefruit finish kept it crisp without being too sharp. Definitely my new go-to for seafood nights.

That oak-and-stainless-steel combo really gives it a creamy texture you don't usually find in a sauvignon blanc. The grapefruit and peach flavors are bright but balanced perfectly. Perfect for a warm afternoon.

The tropical mango and guava notes really shine through, giving it a nice complexity beyond the usual citrus. I just wish the finish had a little more length, but it’s a solid choice for a weeknight dinner.
