The toasted barrel finish really comes through—that vanilla and smoked marshmallow note is spot on, rich without being too sweet. It’s complex enough to sip neat but also makes a killer Old Fashioned.

I poured a glass over a big ice cube and the butterscotch note hit me first, followed by that smoked marshmallow finish. It's rich and smooth without being syrupy, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
