Per Se Aperitivo 700ml

The cardamom and orange botanicals give this aperitivo a really unique depth that I wasn't expecting. It’s lighter than Campari but still has that perfect bitter-sweet balance I love in a spritz.

I cracked open a bottle for a Negroni night and the Portuguese hops give it a dry, almost savory edge that I wasn’t expecting. It’s lighter than most bitters, but the cardamom and orange peek through nicely without fighting the gin. This is going to be my go-to for spritzes now.

The balance of sweet and bitter is perfect, and the 24 botanicals make it far more complex than any other aperitivo I've tried. I love using it in a simple spritz for a lighter, more nuanced drink than Aperol.
