Redwood Empire EMERALD RYE 750ml

I've been using this rye for my old fashioneds and the smooth finish really lets the spice linger without any harsh burn. It's become my go-to for sipping neat too.

The spice hits right up front, but that smooth finish really does live up to the description—it goes down almost too easy. This bottle’s a solid pick for a classic rye-forward old fashioned.

The nose is all rye spice, but the finish is what sold me—it's genuinely smooth without any harsh burn, even neat. I've had it in a Manhattan and straight, and it holds up either way.
