Santo 聖托里尼 Assyrtiko

That salty, sea-breeze edge really sets it apart—my glass tasted like a coastal cliff in the best way. The citrus hits clean and sharp, never sweet, and it paired beautifully with grilled shrimp last night. Definitely buying another bottle.

That saline edge is what got me—it’s like the sea breeze actually made it into the glass, and the citrus stays sharp without ever turning sweet. Poured it with grilled fish and the minerality cut right through the richness. Bone dry in the best way, I’ll be grabbing another bottle.

This Assyrtiko is exactly what I was hoping for—bone dry with a sharp citrus kick that cuts through the saltiness on the finish. That sea breeze minerality makes it perfect with grilled fish. Definitely buying another bottle.
