I opened this for a weeknight dinner and the whole bottle was gone before the food hit the table, it's that easy to drink. You can really taste why it's considered one of the top Sauvignon Blancs coming out of South Africa right now.

Crisp and refreshing with vibrant citrus notes that cut through creamy pasta dishes perfectly. The finish lingers just long enough without being heavy—definitely one of the better South African Sauvignon Blancs I've tried.
