Berto Vermouth Bianco 1L

The cinnamon and almond notes really come through, and it stays soft rather than sharp on the finish. I've been mixing it with soda for a lighter spritz and it holds up nicely. The liter bottle is going faster than I expected.

The almond and sage notes really come through when I mix this into a negroni, which I wasn't expecting from a bianco. It's softer and less sweet than the dry vermouths I usually keep on hand.

Poured this over ice with a strip of orange peel and the sage and floral notes really open up. It stays dry rather than syrupy, which is exactly what I want in a bianco. The liter bottle is dangerous in the best way.
