Martini & Rossi Dry 1.5L

The 1.5L size is perfect for hosting, way better value than buying two small bottles. I use it for negronis and it holds up fine on the shelf for a couple months.

Mixed mine with tonic and a slice of orange over ice and it's dangerously easy to drink. The herbal, slightly bitter finish is exactly what I want before dinner, and one bottle has lasted me weeks of aperitivo nights.

I go through vermouth fast enough that the 1.5L size actually saves me money, and it stays fresh in the fridge for weeks. Mixed with tonic and an orange slice, it's my default after-work drink now.
