Foro 乾型苦艾酒

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it is for a dry vermouth—it brings a crisp balance to my martinis without overpowering the gin. The standard 750ml bottle lasts a good while, and the flavor stays consistent.

The bottle looks sharp on my bar cart, and the dry vermouth itself is smooth enough to sip neat without wincing. I've used it for two martini nights already and it's become my go-to.

Poured this over ice after a long week, and the dry profile kept the drink crisp without any syrupy weight. The standard bottle size is perfect for stocking the home bar, and it’s held up well after being open for a couple weeks.
