The lychee and honeyed citrus notes hit right away, making it dangerously sippable on its own. You can really taste the foraged botanicals like green turmeric working in the background.

The Szechuan pepper on the finish is what sold me—it lingers warm and tingly long after the sip, but the green turmeric keeps it grounded and earthy. I've had a lot of gins, and this one's lychee note makes it dangerously easy to drink neat.

The lychee and pomelo really come through before the Szechuan pepper kicks in on the finish, which makes it way more interesting than the London dry I usually keep around. Mixed it with tonic and a strip of lime and it disappeared faster than I planned.
