Angostura Amaro 750ml

Deepened my evening Negroni beautifully—that dark chocolate note really comes through on the finish. The bittersweet warmth lingers longer than I expected. Perfect for sipping slowly.

Used a splash in an old-fashioned last night and the cinnamon-clove warmth turned an average cocktail into something really interesting. The bitterness on the finish balances the sweetness perfectly. Already thinking about what else I can mix it with.
