Antica Torino Vermouth Rosso 750ml

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the vanilla and rhubarb notes balanced the sweetness in my last Old Fashioned. It has a long, warm finish that really made the cocktail feel more complex.

That ginger and laurel note comes through exactly as promised, giving my Old Fashioneds a warm, herbaceous depth that lingers nicely. The vanilla softens the rhubarb bitterness on the finish, so it drinks smooth even straight over ice.

Picked this up for Old Fashioneds and it's become my default sweet vermouth — the rhubarb and ginger notes come through without turning syrupy. That long, herbal finish is what sold me; it lingers just enough to notice.
