Bordiga Bianco Vermouth 750ml

The balance between sweet and bitter is just perfect—it's complex without being heavy. I've been enjoying it over ice with a twist, and the ginger and spice notes keep it interesting sip after sip. Exactly what I wanted in a vermouth.

The coriander and nutmeg really come through, and it stays dry enough that I can drink it over ice without it feeling like candy. Thirty botanicals sounds like marketing fluff until you actually taste the layers in it.

I was expecting something syrupy but this stays nicely bitter underneath the sweetness. The ginger and spice show up right at the finish, which makes it dangerously easy to pour a second glass.
