I’ve been sipping this on the rocks after dinner and it’s genuinely refreshing—the lighter body means the herbal notes come through without any syrupy heaviness. In a Negroni, it lets the gin stay the star instead of smothering it, which is exactly what I wanted.

This vermouth's lightness surprised me—it's much less syrupy than the typical red, which makes it perfect for mixing without hiding the gin. I've been using it in Americanos and the balance is spot on.
