Braulio Amaro 1L

The balsamic note on the finish is unlike any other amaro I've tried—it lingers pleasantly without being cloying. I've been using it as a digestif after heavy meals and it cuts through beautifully.

Tried this as a digestif after a heavy meal, and that lingering bitter root finish really cleanses the palate without being harsh. The balsamic notes make it feel much more complex than your standard amaro.

The herbal and woody notes really come through after the first sip—it's surprisingly complex for the price. I’ve been using it as a digestif after heavy meals and the pleasant bitterness cuts through perfectly.
