Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth 500ml

This 500ml bottle is the perfect size for stocking my home bar without taking up too much space. The extra dry profile makes a martini that’s crisp and balanced, not overly bitter.

I've been using this for dry martinis and it's noticeably crisper than the sweet vermouths I usually keep around. The 500ml bottle is a good size for how often I mix drinks, though it does take up a bit of shelf space.

The 500ml bottle is handy for the bar cart, since it doesn’t take up much shelf room. This extra dry vermouth mixes well in a martini, though I wish there was a bit more herbal depth to it. Overall, a solid pick for the price.
