De Muller Vermouth Rojo 1L

The 1L bottle is a solid deal for how often I'm pouring this over ice after dinner. That deep, dark color in the glass matches the rich sweetness and herbal kick perfectly. It's dangerously easy to sip on its own, but it also makes a mean highball.

The dark color in the glass is exactly what I want from a vermouth, and the sweetness stays nicely balanced against that herbal kick, never feeling syrupy. It’s become my go-to for a lazy evening pour, and the 1L bottle means I’m not running out anytime soon.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this balanced sweetness and herbal notes works in a Negroni—way more depth than the usual stuff. The 1L bottle is also a nice value for the price.
