I was pleasantly surprised by how the orange and chamomile notes balance the bitterness of the wormwood and rhubarb. Makes a fantastic negroni base.

The alpine herb blend is what sets this apart—the chamomile and rhubarb come through without being overly sweet. It’s complex enough to sip neat but also makes a killer spritz on a warm evening.

The müller-thurgau base makes it feel lighter than most vermouths I’ve tried, and the rhubarb comes through nicely without turning sweet. Poured over ice with a twist of orange, it’s become my go-to before dinner.
